You lack basic understanding of football tactics, goalkeeping in particular. When against a free kick, a goalies priority isn't to protect behind the wall, as that is why the wall is there. They protect where they stand initially, as Hart didn't. If Zlatan managed to get the ball over the wall and in from 40 yards, then it would have been acceptable, but as it went in where Joe Hart is supposed to specifically protect, It is considered terrible goalkeeping.

When someone is taking a free kick from that far out, you don't 'predict' where it's going, you will almost always have time to get there based on reaction. Even though Hart did move early, he STILL had time to move back, and even dive, but he just stood there, and dived horribly late, a large cock up, and he realised it, as he fell to the floor.

I know that it isn't all that matters, but PS3 games are all Blu-Ray discs. Whereas 360 games are on normal discs.

Blu-Ray doesn't necessarily mean better graphics.
It just means there's more capacity on the disk, which may not be used for making a game better visually.
