It's not good or bad, it's INSANE. They have an amazing autoaim, they can even see through walls, however, they will use the extremely rare First Aid Kits when you have just a scratch, or maybe they won't save you from the zombies. So yea, the AI is a shit, but at least it aims better than you.

actually there is a glitch im a aware of where you can escape as a child and play the rest of the game as a baby with weapons. So it is possible that at the start of the glitch you get a shotgun or something but i highly doubt it.
