I don't think he meant anything about what she is protesting against (he just needed to use teh picture to emphasize his point).
Teh lady in teh picture: Women should be allowed to wear what they feel comfortable with, without being judged.
But I think pinkiepied meant: Why go in ukonfortable clothes when they still give teh wrong signals (when they don't want to be seen as sluts)
