My god, it's not in the Constitution, if the president needed Congress to approve every single thing he did this country would never get anything done. He needs approval to declare war, but he can move soldiers wherever the fuck he wants. You just don't seem to be understanding what I'm talking about. Go on and read it, it doesn't say anything about moving soldiers. Learn your shit first.

Know what? You're right.

Apparently, the President can move troop anywhere he wants, but only for 90 days, THEN he needs congressional approval to extend the movement. It was part of an emergency law back in the 80's.

Sorry. I fucked up. And that shouldn't happen, seeng as how I study history. I had a herp-derp moment there.
