You could be tracked quite easily but it would be a waste of time, in the same way a cop wouldn't bother arresting someone who drops a sweet wrapper on the ground, it's still illegal. But in the example here, it could be used to financial gain which is a more serious offence.

I don't understand how you can be this stupid. Agreeing to the terms of service is a legal binding contract part of which includes stating that you are legally and adult and thus accountable for your actions. Part of the contract you have agreed to is that you cannot advertise in the method described as it can be exploited to earn profit. You're fucking agreeing to a contract you stupid shit, it's legally binding and if it is taken to court that someone has been breaching for advertising a site which in turn brings them revenue it is a criminal offence. Where is the confusion?
