R.I.P Jimmy Sullivan, you will forever be sorely missed. Your amazing double bass, and angelic curse words you loved to belt out so much will forever stay in our hearts, I can only hope that you are sitting in Heaven, rocking out with the greats, Dimebag, Dio, Grey, and Burton. Good night, sweet prince..

N. Korean citizen (09/12/2012) [-] Ill have to disagree with ARandomSpoon, tbh It definitely is just "Are you ready?, ARE YOU READY?. 1 2 3 GOOOOO!" Audio quality was definitely understandable and screaming is easily dissected by a metal head. Ahem.. I know? I was messing with him... I was making it pretty obvious lol | ||

| The war was coming to a close. We were gonna win, but we wanted to display our power. 250,000 innocent civilians didn't deserve to die. There's a reason there's soldiers. So the civilians don't have to fight. The war was coming to a close?! You don't seem to know your WW2. Hirohito's soldiers were posed and ready to completely take over China and die before they surrendered. I'm not sure if you're familiar with Japanese customs during that time, but they didn't "surrender" they fought until they were killed or they killed themselves. Japanese civilians were ready to attack and commit Seppuku whenever they seemed close to capture. There was no surrender. They would fight until they couldn't anymore, a landing or invasion of Japan would have killed many more people. Your points are good there and I don't really have anything to say. So I guess you win. No insults from me man, just read up on some of the stuff from both wars. Its interesting to see the contrasts. | ||

| Yeah. All I'm saying is what we did was worse, but we act like it wasn't. The war was coming to a close. | My point is both were wrong. But we're hypocrites for acting like we're not bad people for it. "It was war." What do you think Al Qaeda were saying? They did it for their reasons, and we did it for our reasons. Al Qaeda is a terrorist group to us and a savior to themselves. History is defined by the victor, its up to you to look deeper and see the truth. Yeah. All I'm saying is what we did was worse, but we act like it wasn't. The war was coming to a close. | Yea i understood the tone, just needed a second to get the quote. This isnt the exact article, but it says it quite a few times that the calculations and planning before 9/11 added up to say that the WTC could handle a 100mph wind, plane crash, or bomb. And i quote "little likelihood of a collapse no matter how the building was attacked" YOLO was spread by former KGB sleeper agents to slowly degrade our generations. | ||

| False. Most snipers use .408 Cheytac or .338 Lapua because its ballistics are similar to the .50 but doesn't make as much of a mess. .50 is really only used for vehicle disabling. Even the worlds longest sniper shot wasn't done with a .50 So because someone beat the top 5 sniper shots, that were made using a .50 bmg rifle, with a .338 lapua; it is not often used by snipers? I didn't say most snipers used it, I said it was often used by snipers...and snipers are not exclusively used for anti-personal anymore. Snipers can be tasked with taking out important parts of parked airplanes(turbines, aiming optics etc), engine blocks of enemy vehicles etc And is likely very suited for urban combat support, since steel cored rounds can cause cover to turn into deadly shrapnel, if the sniper shoots through a wall someone is taking cover behind. The .50 bmg is not exclusively anti-matter like the excessively large 20 mm rounds. Cpl. Rob Furlong: 1.5 miles using a McMillian Tac-50 The number one spot is a .50 but only because of distance and badassery. Holy fuck, I looked it up, and thats bad ass. He just barely beat out Furlong. Wait... you've never heard of the L115? "and snipers are not exclusively used for anti-personal anymore. | The .600 Nitro is technically a rifle round (my mistake in the previous comment) and I would imagine it had a similar test barrel length. Meh, the only bullpup .50's i can think of are Barrett's, most .50's are mounted machine guns, not long range rifles. False.
