He is basically powerless. Other people make the decisions and he just signs the paper. He's just like our queen. A figurehead and nothing more.

A leader will always get the credit or blame for success or failure. So while the president cannot just magically solve problems, he has to be the guy leading the way to solve these problems regardless of his official powers.

I have the Xbox version and I don't have issues like that, you wouldn't happen to be on PS3 would you? I hear those guys have issues galore with BF3. I'm hoping it won't be the same with BF4 on both PS3 and PS4 (if it does have a PS3 version).

EA is already rushing the completion of BF4 for the PS4 release.
Chances are it's going to suck, have a lot of issues, or both.
I'm hoping DICE can pull it off though, but I feel as if EA is just an anchor to them.
