i dont see why you should use air conditioning going over 55, im sure it makes sense but could anybody fill me in why its a better alternative?

I don't exacly agree with the upper/lower body gym training.
I once kept a 3-month "program" at home where everyday I did 30 push ups/lifts of 5kg/sit ups/stretches/squats before bed.And the next day I would do 1 more than the previous You need to login to view this link the end (after occasionally taking a break or messed up the count) I reached 100 and It feeled like I really got more stamina and strenght.But I don't think it's normal for you to be able to do something and then get an injury doing the same thing in 24 hours , as the advice would suggest.
