In all honesty, I'd probably give it a week or so to see if we could actually have some kind of possibility of containing and curing it. But if too much time has gone by and society is starting to crumble I'd probably just put a bullet in my head. I'd rather go quick than being ripped apart by zombies or fighting other humans for survival.

Realistically, in a zombie apocalypse I'd probably be a zombie.

Steal a Hummer, paint it black, plate it, make bumper out of knives and spikes, go to a millitary base and mount a gun on it.

Blast death metal, run over zombies and become known as the Black Death.

I've always wanted to go to an Eskimo Community if a zombie apocalypse ever happens. It'd probably be too cold for most zombies, and them Eskimos probably know how to survive in the cold for pretty much forever.

Not to be a buzz kill but unless the zombie virus, or rage virus, or what ever the **** is turning them is airborne or blood transferred, including via Mosquito's and only a certain very low like 20% of the population is immune, then zombie virus will be killed out with in a week, month longest

We are too efficient as a species at killing things that zombies pose literally 0 threat to us, Mosquito's are more threatening to us then zombies, word will get out very quickly and America, Australia, Britian etc etc etc will rush to action

Tanks, Helicopers, Jets, Artillery > zombie horde

We really are just too excellent at killing things

999999 / 1000000 change that when we would have invented a zombie, this would happen.

I always kinda figured I'd crack almost immediately, especially in a hospital. I have a phobia of them. In any other location I thought I might stand some sort of chance, I'd at least try to move or find somewhere safe but if I was ever in a hospital, I'd most likely sit in a corner and cry quietly to myself until I was eaten.

I'm a very sick person right now though and that sickness actually taught me something about myself.
A part of what I have involves very intense, horrifying hallucinations. Once I was actually put in the hospital specifically for people to observe these hallucinations. While in the hospital I "woke up" so to speak to find myself in a hospital filled with monsters. Not exactly zombies, these were more disoriented and disfigured. I got up and actually tried to escape the hospital, apparently under the notion of wanting to get to and protect my family. Naturally I was caught almost immediately. The doctors and nurses came to get me but in my state of sheer panic and terror, I didn't register who or what they were and fought against them in an effort to break free and reunite myself with my family.
There's not too much to this story. The doctors and nurses eventually got me back under control and put me back in my room. I came out of it, went back to normal and they informed me of what had transpired. It wasn't really a big deal for them.
I a small part of me was proud of myself when I heard the story.
I managed to do the one thing that I always figured I wouldn't be able to do in literally one of the worst situations I can imagine. Yeah I got caught. If what I imagined had been real I would be dead almost in an instant but that's not what I focused on. I got up and fought when I thought I wouldn't and for that I was proud.

Realistically I'd be dead. I've got kidney failure, and I have to have dialysis to stay alive. The odds of a dialysis center running during a zombie apocalypse are pretty ******* slim. But that would also mean I had nothing to lose if the situation became totally ****** . I'd see how many of the many many bullets I have I could put to good use. I may have kidney failure, but I'm still an olympic level marksman.

Suicide. Definitely suicide. Zombie outbreak isn't the same as zombie apocalypse. Any apocalypse and I'm putting one through my dome. If mankind survives at all it'll take centuries to rebuild to the point where we're at and why would I want to live on in such a scenario? No medicine, no electricity, no anything. Just right back to square one. I'll pass.

Step 1: Find best possible weapon. A large, blunt object or sharp thing. Multiple if possible.
Step 2: Find zombies and kill them.
Step 3: Die in horrific pain and violence.

I won't survive in a zombie apocalypse, I am weak and frail, I would not get far at all.
I will bring the final glory to my family and to my ancestors. I'd want to die sooner rather than later. I'd rather die with bravery than live in fear.

i would just stay inside my onw appartement. Its heated, its on the third floor. And u have to use a sledghammer to break my front door.

I aint some kind of doomsdayprepper but i've got enough canned food to last me a month or 2. If the Zombies havent died out or nobody can find a cure in that time, whats the point of living?

Upon first contact of infection, round up local family members. Get into contact with anybody else, but make sure they aren't infected.
Basic weaponry and gear at first; woodcutting axes, knives, baseball bat etc.
Leave my town near IMMIDIATELY (I live in a rural town with a massive industrial plant only a mile away, Immingham in England if anyone knows it.) If that was to ignite/burn whatever, boom, no more town.

Because of my time in cadets, I know a place. this is good because most people would go for hospitals/ army bases/ sea. they wont go to a CTC (cadet training centre) that has an armoury stocked with 70+ rifles, LSW variants, Target rifles, and a good thousand rounds of ammunition. Plus, webbing and gear, and a whole shipping container filled with ration packs. Not many people know about it, but getting there quicker is better.

The building is tiered, easily defendable, and an 8ft spiked fence running all round it. Electronically controlled gate, grassland for food growth, and a small village nearby to search for additional items.

I have way too much time on my hands.

I would help me family find a safe place, say my goodbyes. And kill myself. That might not be the best decision. But it feels right to me.
