The CIS are a faction from Starwars made up of (mostly) droids. Pretty much any battledroid you see in any Starwars film is part of the CIS.
Due to being exposed to the glory of Starwars Battlefront long before being exposed to the proverbial ********************* that is online feminazism, many people, myself included, think of the battledroids as opposed to cisgender people whenever somebody mentions "die cis scum".
Those ******* Droid Engineers though. Always right behind you when you're playing Republic.
