This who video just pissed me off to the fullest of pisstivity, asking any question to the woman in the front row is apearently fat shaming her, and "no thin person will be asked" is they are healthy, like its good to be unhealthy as a skinny or fat person, its a simple damn question, and they act like because the things they have tried have not worked that nothing will work for them, ill be honest, im fat but im not saying I cant lose weight and my genes make it impossible for me to lose weight, I could all ways lose weight if i put the effort and wanted to, and i really dont feel like it and no one is pushing me into fat shame because of it, Its like its so hard for them to admit that the reason they "can't" lose weight is because they havent put enough effort into it, they act like he did a terrible wrong by being honest and calling them on their **** .

rant over

I liked reading your rant, because I am not fat or skinny, per se, just about 185 lbs. male, 43, 6ft2 and in near perfect health. I do not exercise at all, but I am on my feet most of the day and lift boxes at work for 4-5 hours straight. But, my point is, I agree, it's up to the individual to make the necessary change if they WANT to lose or gain weight. If I had an unlimited supply of food or money to buy food, I would definitely look like Jabba The Hut and have no shame because, YOLO, so why not? This is an older pic, but this is my size.
