"Exercise is hard" This is the most ******** reason to not exercise. Of course it's ******* hard. Especially when you've been a lazy fat **** and turned yourself into a landwhale over the course of your life. Exercising is like paying off past debt, yea it sucks at first but when you realize how much fat and debt you've removed over time it's pretty ******* rewarding and eventually you'll be a glorious master fit human with no debt to pay off. Put some challenge in your life, take on tasks that are difficult, don't go through life avoiding a possibly rewarding thing because it isn't easy.

TLDR: Exercise is hard but worth it.

pumping weight is easy, almost everyone can do it and build 15kg of lean muscle mass in 1 1/2 years if done right. And it is not rocket-sciense either. Doing workouts in the gym for 2 hours a day is fun and good but it's not so dramatic hard as almost everyone makes it look. And I'm not talking about the extreme cases where someone is working out 6 hours each day, damaging his joints and always goes above 200 heartbeats/minute on each exercise. After years of exercising it will become harder to not exercise. It's not suffering, it's fun and people should be happy that they can do it with a healthy body and enough free time and food!
