really? the police officer left you there? thats absolutely his job description, ive gotten rides from 2 different police officers (i didnt even ask, one saw me walking down the street on a really cold day and asked where i was going, i told her i was going to school and she gave me a ride there, shes awesome and now shes the cop at the school. and the other gave me a ride home when the chain for my bike broke several miles from my house) if that police officer left you there, he didnt do his job because he left you in potential danger and thats not right

he's not an ******* , he's probably just a new police officer who doesn't really understand what he can and cannot do and all he wants to do is his job correctly just so his superiors don't fire him

also last time i checked, picking up a kid from the streets is not in their job description

sure you're in danger, but does that mean they should pick you up from your kitchen? you know in your house where most accidents happen

Entering in your private property isn't their job description. Helping you in a public place, like a train station, is. Police officers are not there just to arrest people and give them strikes, they're there to help those who need them. In their work area. Which is the public space.

it really depends where you live, but it seems more and more cops are either power hungry ******** or just lazy ***** who view their job as nothing more than a paycheck

there are still good cops out there, they just get the least attention

it also depends on your stance and attitude to cops, i have the utmost respect for the law enforcement officials, but more and more people are getting this stupid ass " **** the police" outlook, and of course are too ignorant to accept any help. Im in Rhode Island which is a terrible place to live and our cops are still really nice

i live in RI, and idk where you live but in my city alot of the cops treat you like sht, whether you're respectful or not, there isn't alot of bad crime, mostly just teenagers and druggies, so if you're a teen like me they automatically assume you're a punk and threaten to kick your ass for whatever reason
I have never swore at a cop or act rudely at them in any way but yet when a random cop pulled me and my friend over, in the middle of the day, and asks us our names for no reason, and my friend asks why, not "why you pig ************ ", just why and he threatens to beat us and arrest us if he didn't tell us our names, and i know this sounds like complete bs, but this is how most cops in my city act

plus my other friend's dad is a cop and my friend tells me about all the dirty sht he does, he steals random things off people i assume he arrested or pulled over or watever, he has a hug collection of pocket knives, switch blades and even brass knuckles, which as far as i know are completely illegal

Woonsocket, most cops here don't give a **** about people because they think anyone who isn't a cop's kid is just a druggie punk,i mean to their credit alot of kids are, there're still some good cops around but one of the few that use to work at the HS just retired

that sucks, i dont go to woonsocket very often, its usually just for 2 hours if we play you guys, you should move to west warwick, they have some of the most laid back cops ive ever seen, its nuts
