you would get an image of the light reflecting of the mirror. so basically just the scanning colour on a piece of paper/ computer screen

Youd scan the scanner backwards

The light, it would make the printed out image white as well because the scanner runs at the same speed and location as where the light is hitting. (I just tried it with my scanner and wall mirror)
