So Xbox one listened to the feedback and:
-An internet connection will not be required to play offline Xbox One games (only at first start of the console, just like 360)
-Trade-in, lend, resell, gift, and rent disc based games just like you do today.
So yeah, i am really happy that microsoft got it's **** together, and i can enjoy it without being flamed for faggotry...
