Almost every country has laws that are absolutely ********** . Here in Holland
it's against the law to physically attack someone who's breaking into your house and stealing your **** .
You're expected to just call the cops and let him do his business while you stand and watch.
What the **** , at least let me break the faggot's legs so he can't run away WHILE I wait for the cops.

In America, if the person that is breaking into your house and robbing you gets hurt WHILE BREAKING AND ENTERING AND STEALING YOUR **** they can sue you for getting injured and having an unsafe home.

This was changed awhile ago, you are now have the freedom to protect yourself and your valuables as long as its within reason. Like you shouldn't murder someone for stealing your t.v. and if you chase them of your property you are shouldn't keep chasing them. If they stay on your property you have reasonable cause to defend yourself and can no longer be penalized legally unless its over the top.

In Illinois if someone comes into your house and you shoot them you'll get in trouble if there was no forced entry.

We have a "Make my day" law in Colorado, US. Wich basically says if you give ample warning saying who you are and that you will hurt them if they don't get off your property, you are allow to kill them.
