Random memory from high school:
>Teacher is young with a baby face but unreasonably callus about absolutely everything
>Teaching us trends on the periodic table
yeah, love science
>Learn that as you progress in one direction, element becomes heavier, but smaller too
>"So doesn't that mean that elements get progressively more dense?"
>Teacher stops, grins
>"That's a good point anon made, I might put that on the test"
>First smile I've seen all year
Fast forward about a week
>Flipping through test, see my question
>Well that's one I'll get right
>See something out of my pariffs
>Look up, teacher is all excited and waving at me
>Smile and give a little wave
>Picks up his copy of the test, waving and pointing
, yes I see it, tone it down
>Give him thumbs up
>Message not received, keeps trying to get my attention
>Realize I can see the answers on that paper he's flapping around.
>Let him carry on
>Finish test, get up to turn in
>"Did you see I put your question on the test"
>He's seriously so excited about this
>"Yes I did, thank you"
>Test come back
>Groans and head slams everywhere
>Get mine back, he's all smiles again
>Teacher loves me for the rest of the year because he thinks I'm smart
