NICE! Look into Crossfit if you want to increase your cardio endurance for the running and situp section. I'm prior Army and going into Navy ROTC right now and it has helped big time

Good job. I just pushed in another piece of lasagna. Didn't think i could do it, it was touch and go there for a minute, but thanks to your post, i felt inspired to accomplish my goal too.

Try doing them slower and more controlled for better results doesn't matter if you cant do the same amount of reps.
