movie idea

What if one person in the world had the power to give their life up for someone else's? Say you had the power, you could give it to anyone that is dead and they will come back to life, but when you bring someone back you die. Then the person who comes back to life has that power, and can do the same thing, if they choose so. A lot of problems could arise from this which would make the plot, like somebody give their life for George Washington for some fucking reason. Food for thought.
