None of those are popular in the sense that many people of several different cultures and countries will use them, except maybe kindergarten, but that's not intentional. None of them are widely used on the internet either.

And Du hast means "You have". It's the name of a Rammstein song that got featured in one of the Guitar Hero games and everyone started going into fanboy mode.

There was a whole debate over whether it meant "You have" or "You hate" due to the fact that the phrases sound the same when spoken.
"Du hast" (the actual name) means "you have".
"Du hasst" (what people assumed it meant) means "you hate", which is what Rammstein used when they made the english version of the song.

Well, how many languages have reached multiple other countries? All I know of are French and English seeping into other countries. As far as I can tell, Germany has a more popular language than any country to its east, with the exception of Russia.

I'm not talking about languages as a whole getting popular, just certain phrases.
Like the one described in the content, how people on 9gag (and people on FJ used to do it too) use "le" (french for "the") in the wrong context or just use it unnecessarily. I'm just saying that it hasn't happened with any German phrase, and I'm glad I don't have to deal with the headache.
