Lemme get this straight

First we have Top content on top and newest below.
Then newest on top and Top content below.
Then it was back to normal.
Then the comments were organized to have funniest at the top.
Now the Top content is at the top of the front page, with a gaping hole where newest uploads used to be.
And little tabs for newest, subscriptions, and channels.
What the hell is with the pointless changes?
