Scooby Doo Classic

Just an example of how animation was so expensive that people used stock animation. You can see during the car chase that the backgrounds are similar, there are a few instances of the same exact driving animation, and around 8:07 you can see Scooby in the Mystery Machine, but a few seconds later he's also on the "zombie" car.
