Not necessarily, it depends on where they learned about Mormonism from. We beam tons of radio and TV signals into space every day, and "The Later Day Saints" have been broadcasting stuff for over 40 years, so if they had a sent a probe here 40 years ago, picked up one of those broadcasts, then took it back to their planet or colony, then it is possible they learned the religion from us.
