ok if you actually want advice, dont try to win over her love again. yea she might not break up with you for a few days or even weeks then but eventually she still will. if it were me id make sure tom was a super great day, take her out somewhere fancy, breakfast in bed, do things she really loves to do and then id talk to her about the way you feel and try and figure out whats going on instead of trying to bribe her into staying. but the bribery will def help before the discussion. ok i feel icky talking about feelings now so that is my advice.

Lose myself in the first memory I had when I met her, and talk about it. Tell her you've seen the cycle of ache before, how no one should bear that. Tell her, it's not just about losing someone like her; it's knowing how many days you'd stretch out before cracking. How your frown reaches new depths with that deep void growing really goes, jealousy of seeing her with another wouldn't take effect right away, but build up in strength and wait to break you down further.

Shoot, we're not makers of the almighty almanac of this existence. I wish I were. I'd aspire to commit every division of time to make sure you have everything. Remind you of why we came to be. Detail our legacy in the hardest of stones, to give her more of those bursts of confidence she feels when she does something right, go to every rooftop and prove her doubts, walk the dark journey she does, and not for the sake of doing so, but how to define the experience in the future, in case she's lost and forgotten, with no other to relate to; basically, do what feel natural.
