Can anyone tell me the name of this?

It's been bugging me for a while but years ago there was an anime on TV that I used to watch and can't remember the name of. It was a show about people who logged into a virtual video game and did stuff. I know that sounds really vague, but the only character name I can remember from the show was a girl named BT. (If you know what show I'm talking about, BT stood for Bacon and Tomato because the character liked BLT's without the lettuce, hence BT.) Can someone please help me out? I'd really like to watch this show again. And I think they made a few videogames for it on the Playstation 2.
