I just find it hypocritical that posted/rolled porn can cause being banned but when it comes to gore, its a-o-k.

While you are completely right, he then proceeded to ban people for tons of other reasons, not specified by terms and conditions in addition to being a dick about it. So yeah. And he can't expect us to take the porn-rules serious to the point of being banned before we even get to say "Yeah fine, I'll delete them", since he himself has posted porn outside the nsfw-sections before. He's like the kid in kindergarden that used to take the toys you were playing with saying "It's not yours, it's everybodys" just to start crying once you use something he used first. Rules don't just apply when they favor yourself.
