was this a full movie? or is it possible it was a tv series or a short story?

so far all i have is "Ghost Writer" that was briefly on the "Noggin" network around that time

was he the main guy? how old is he? what colors did he usually wear?

was it a superpower? or was the tool he was using to draw magic itself?

i think he was just magic
i remember he could draw really quick and detailed
im thinking he was the main guy but as i said there was children aswell
