ITT: Worst Gaming experiences.

Dark Souls. Not because the game is hard. Because I couldn't ever get it to work. I'v had less framerate issues playing Superman 64. The game is so glitchy and buggy that enemies fly into walls, fly/glitch all around the levels, and everytime I enter a boss room or area with water or really just a large area in general the fps goes below 5 (I shit you knot) So naturally, I spend hours upon hours looking for solutions to all the bugs and problems I have. dsfix actually did not help at all one bit. It made the game look slightly better, but their framerate tools didn't help at all. The game still would go below 10 fps all the time which would constantly kick you off online play. I have probably spent over 24 hours looking for solutions to the vast amount of problems I'v had with this game. Also, I had to rekindle literally every single warpable bonfire to get back to 10 estus flasks when the game suddenly decided to give me 5 for some reason.
I have never had so much trouble trying to get a game to work. It has literally been the worst experience I have ever had playing a game.

People complain about glitches in Dark Souls all the time, but I've never had any issues with it at all.

Imagine the slowness of neo when he stops bullets.

multiply that times 400

and that is how slow my gameplay is due to framerate issues. That is just one of the many gamebreaking problems I have with Dark Souls.

And I should be able to run Dark Souls on the equivalent of ultra settings.

I've played it on two different computers, one of which was running on a 1.86GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 9800GT, and had no issues with either.

Well you sir are lucky, because this game is a fucking disaster. I'v never had so many problems with a game. It is easily the worst time I'v had with a game. It's buggy and shitty and just completely awful.

None of the wide array of friends I have who play it have any issues with it either. I hate to say it, but it's probably an issue on your end.

Only game I'v had such problems with is the witcher 2. Same problems my friend had. It's unplayable and similar to Dark Souls. We both are on two completely different computers in pretty much all aspects so it's safe to say its the games fault not ours.

So no, it's not an issue on my end. I got a great compy and have spent literally over 24 hours trying to make it work. I'v done my homework and it's not a problem with my computer, graphics card, etc etc. It's just the worst pc port in the history of pc ports.

I didn't have any issues with the Witcher 2 either. Hmmm.

When i was like 7 or 8 I was playing this game on my trusty Nintendo 64 for what seemed like days, this game was fucking hard as tits, and I kept losing and losing each level and starting over. I had to get help from my brother and my dad and everyone around me but we couldn't do it. But I kept playing, then I realized the darkness on my tv was turned down so I turned it up and that made the game a little bit easier so i could pass the second to last level, i got on the last level and I was just about to beat it and the power went out. I never played again.
