Can you give me the website to download them and detailed instructions?

Websites below.
1.) Install Dolphin.
2.) Download ROM.
3.) Make folder for ROMs.
4.) Put ISO(which is a ROM) into folder.
5.) In Dolphin, go to Config
6.) Switch to "Paths" tab.
7.) Click "add."
8.) Find folder that will store all your ROMs.
9.) Click the folder.
10.) Done.

Well It kinda worked, Mario Kart stays at a black screen after saying Nintendo and the cloud guy comes up and goes away

It's probably just that game. Try multiple games. Super Mario Sunshine works very well.
