Rolling Numbers:

If you want to roll a number write:

*roll x* with x being a number from 1-9 at the beginning of your comment, where the number determines how many digits the rolled number will have

*roll 5* will result in comments like this

*­­*joutei rolled 74,894*­­*

Rolling images, comments, users:

To roll a picture, comment or user, simply write
*roll picture*
*roll user*
or
*roll comment*

depending on what you want to roll, at the beginning of your comment. While you can roll any picture (even of deleted comments), you can only roll comments posted in the last 24h. I'm not sure how it is with rolling users, though. Note that you can only have one roll per comment and you can't do something like this:

*roll comment*, *roll 2*

in one comment. A random comment will be rolled, but you can't roll a number, too.


There are two ways of describing. *me text* will give a blue text of what you are doing:

*me laughs at this post*
at the beginning of a comment will result in a comment like this

*­­*joutei laughs at this post*­­*

For the other way write

*describe user*text*
at the beginning of your comment

where user is any user of FJ and text can be anything. It will result in a blue text with a link to the username

Writing

*describe shaunr*has a lot of thumbs*

will result in a comment like this

*­*shaunr has a lot of thumbs*­*

Again you can't roll and describe at the same time, because both commands only work if they are at the beginning of the comment.

Uploading text as content

This is very simple, just pointing this out, cause noone does it. Just go to "Upload"->Text/Link and write your Text into the description field (You don't need to upload a link). It's better than posting text you wrote in paint, because you can edit it, after you uploaded it and you get to choose a th­umbnail.
Also you can mark the text and copy/paste it (try it)
