It´s Cinema not Television, but I hope it´s okay.

The Hobbit... -
FUCK. Such an amazing Movie. Okay, there were many "mistakes" that were made different from the book, but still, it is one hell of an amazing movie. As always, beautiful Landscapes, great Characters, Humor, Action. Amazing. Just amazing.

How was the 48FPS? Was it noticeable to the average viewer?

Sorry, I don´t even know what 48 FPS means. Could you explain? I´m from Germany, maybe it´s called different here...

Basically, did it look different from other movies? Or could you not tell?

Ah, okay. Well, it looked better, clearer, yes, but it wasn´t that extremely noticable.

Most movies are filmed in 24p (frames per second). The Hobbit was filmed in 48p.

Nope, I was a bit afraid too, but it didn´t seem the tiniest bit dragged. And that, though part 1 was nearly 3 hours long already. Peter Jackson changed much and also took parts of other Stories into the Movies (The White Council, The Battle for Moria, Radagast the Brown) which gives it enough content o show:D I´m normally very easily annoyed when someone changes something at Tolkiens´ Books, but the Movie does it in a perfect way, so I just can´t be angry.D
