I only like short animes. The longest anime I have watched was FMA, but that was like 52 episodes.
But I'd say that shows like Cowboy bebop, Samurai Champloo, Matchiko é hatchin are far better then most animes that lasts more then 100 episodes.

So far I've seen Afro Samurai (something like 4 episodes) and I started FLCL. They are based on manga, so I don't know if you'd have to call it a miniseries to begin with because the source material wasn't very long.

I've seen one episode, and it's amazing. It's so full of energy and insanity. It's a big change after watching every episode of Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex. Not that GitS isn't great. There's just not a lot of color.

I like it though. I've seen what I believe to be all of it, except The Laughing Man and Individual Eleven because those basically just summarize the the first and second seasons (respectively). Also saw the three movies.

There should be a live-action FLCL movie. Or an anime one. I don't care.
