i dont even know how argonians or khajjit are better. can someone explain any perks they have over anything else?
User avatar #38 to #24 - zahnrad (05/16/2014) [-]
Not sure on Khajiit but I've looked into their lore and I play them more than any other race.

They have a 50% resistance to poison, their argonian lungs makes them immune to drowning (although you will have to download a mod to stop your character from breathing after emerging from water) and they have a race power that allows you to quickly recover health called "histskin"

Those are what I know about stats, now for their lore.

They are most likely said to have existed before Mer and Man and before Khajiit.
Argonians are believed to have a strong connection with trees called "Hist" or "Hists" (I think) as they are most likely born from the Hist of Argonia before the first era and predicted to be before Khajiit. But they share a unique and different birth process that neither Mer or Man have.

Beastmeri have unique birthing rituals, a Khajiit's species is determined dependant on the phases of the two moons. Argonians features and apperance are said to come from drinking Hist sap. A gift only Argonians can drink without negative effects, another relation from being decendants of Hist. The Hist sap can cause many hallucinations among non-argonians but only Argonians can drink it without these effects.

Now to the Hist.

The Hist are intelligent, sentient trees that originate in the same province that Argonians do. The Argonians religion is based on Hist religion, which believes in the Sithis theory of creation which makes Shadowscales more relevent.

Oh and three bonus facts.
There is a unique form of lycanthropy only known to Argonians (I think) which turns them into Werecrocodiles.
Second fact
During the Oblivion crisis, the Argonians were able to fend off the Daedra that invaded and charged their own men into Oblivion in such numbers that Daedra had to close the gates to avoid being invaded.
Third fact
Because of this heroic feat, At the end of the Third Era and Beginning of the Fourth Black Marsh is no longer an Empire controlled Province. Free to itself.

#83 to #79 - malifauxdeux (05/16/2014) [-]
The important thing is that you draw cards equal to how much damage it deals. So, in a merfolk deck where you can be getting +2 or +3 on it, and almost everyone has islands, it can give you some sick card advantage.
