Would it be possible to replace the notification at the bottom corner with a desktop system?

Much like Twitter and Facebook has, I know they're not that complicated to make as I tested it's functionality on my own website, just figured it would be more useful for those who don't pay attention to their FunnyJunk Tab while collectively doing other things.
