I started football training today, got my ass handed to me, I really need to get in shape.

oh ok. planks are good. and interval training might help if you short on time. basically interval training is where you do something all out for like 30 seconds then go lower intensity for 30 then back up for 30 and so on. for a certain amount of reps. its that whole muscle confusion stuff
