go fap then visit friends and wait till you can high or get drunk then celebrate in style (and if you have way to much time find out if you can drink with your medication because they tell you to make sure you dont do something silly and go get beyond tanked but you could probably still have a few beers with some friends which is better than just sitting yourself)

Had a great fap, ended up buyin 1 gram and got 5 gram from my friends as a gift, have tried drinking with the medication and yes, it is possible, but it's only a few beers before it kicks me in the face. Could also mention that my birthday ended up beeing great!
