I know this isnt the fitness board, but still.. Reading those exercises.. i cant help but thinking..

Is 10 pushups, 20 situps or any of those amounts considered that many? I know i cant type a decent phrase for shit.. But is 10 pushups really a high number?

Not really. At my best I did 70 pushups at 200 pounds. But for starting, 10 pushups should get you a burn from talking to other people. If you do nothing all day or before puberty, then 10 may be a lot.

Ya, it just seemed odd.. Cause i do them in sets. And i alternate between pushups and situps, and i did two sets of 30 pushups, and like.. three sets of 40 situps without a medicine ball (10lbs), and three sets of 50 situps with it.

Man.. i sound so douchy..

**techketzer rolls 4** I've been lifting weights on friday and exerting myself a good deal more than I should have, had an armwrestling war on saturday that felt absolutely crippling by sunday, today I was climbing, really pushed myself in that akrophobia-induced adrenaline rush and did way better than I had hoped to.

Base line, I'm stone-dead tired. But here goes, because apparently I hate myself and sickly crave this pain and suffering.
