Hypothetically,if god(s) was real:
Why did god make humanity, and why did he bother with other planets and stars?
Did god create simple replicant cells, and allow evolution to take place just to see what would happen?
Why are we so naturally sinful?
So many questions.

Why He made humanity is never explained, but the stars were most likely created to help navigate before maps were invented.

He already knew what was going to happen. Why He chose to do it is unknown. And if God doesn't explain something it's because such knowledge is not necessary for our existence.

We're naturally sinful because Adam and Eve had one job and they fucked it up, so sin became inherent in their DNA and since they were the parents of all of humanity, all of humanity is sinful. Except for Jesus. God made His DNA pure and sin-free.

That's a possibility.

Perhaps god made the universe so expansive to give us room to grow, and populate further planets.

A bit, yes. I like the idea of a God who's into sci-fi.

I also have a query, why are there a bunch of random planets sharing our sun?
