when I was a kid me and my sister were throwing a ball back and forth in the house and accidentally broke one of mom's vases so in a flash of brilliant childhood logic we decided the best option was to hide it with a blanket. needless to say it did not work

I broke a lamp in two a couple years ago. I super glued it and painted the cracks with matching nail polish. My mom still hasn't noticed.

Back when we were little kids with my brothers, we used to play 'slipper-ball' (we didn't really name it), in any case, you would launch a slipper with your foot and try to score past the other guy. We ended up breaking a toiled door window (lil square 40x40cm or so), but big bro managed to buy a replacement glass panel, which had a different ornaments. My parents never found out huh.

Brings back some memories from my childhood, me and my brother spilled a cup of coffee on my moms favorite tablecloth. (she got it from her deceased mother) Anyways we tried to cover it up with a newspaper from an electronics store, basically just laying it on top of the massive stain and not tell anyone about it. I think we managed to hide it for 45 minutes before **** hit the fan, i remember during dinner looking over at the newspaper and seeing the coffee starting to seep through the newspaper. and of that moment i knew i was going to die. First and only time i saw my mother cry. mfw

how can a vase be real if our eyes are not real?
