Why does it seem that more people are focused on what Romney does with his own money than what Obama does with theirs?
Romney has a lot more in his pockets then Obama does, therefor we can lable it "his money" and judge him based off what he does with it.
i am pretty much a Democrat so im not going to get into it beyond that. i get enouph of that in real life.

Because Romney is fucking loaded, and a lot of his money is out of the country (we assume, at least) meaning he's likely not paying american taxes on a lot of his wealth, which seems a bit hypocritical of the guy who's supposed to fix our deficit.
Obama isn't loaded, doesn't keep his money offshore, and released his tax returns information without making a big deal of it.

Obama is a millionaire. Because of books he wrote full of things in his life that have been disproven factually. And I don't really care because I believe that what people do with their money is their business, as long as it is lawful. Romney will release whatever tax returns are required under the law. If Romney can make a better return and keep the IRS off his back in offshore investments as long as it is legal, why would it not make sense to? I'd do it in a second.
Yeah, but Romney is like a $250 millionaire (or however the fuck you call it), but the amount of money isn't really what's important. And I get what you're saying about him doing whatever he wants as long as it's legal, but when you're running for president during a huge federal debt, which you talk about reducing, keeping your money out of the country to avoid paying American taxes seems a bit hypocritical.

People flipped a shit when people asked for Obama's birth certificate and he didn't release it for 2 years after he was in office. It would be hypocritical to demand Romney's tax returns like it contains some damning evidence. We all know exactly what's in an and so do the people asking for it. They just want another excuse to demonize him for being wealthy.
