well first i would switch fox with msnbc
i like the bbc. the scotish and irish attack it for being biased but i dont see it.
I would throw in CBC in the middle with the bbc
CNN would be in between bbc and fox. Not extreme right but it has some bias.
In canada i would also add The SUN to the far right (they are canadas version of fox news)
not sure what else is out there so i will just leave it at that for the moment

I might disagree with you about CNN. I was in the airport a while back and they were interviewing Ted Turner, the founder of CNN, and he was saying very liberal things in support of Obama where any right wing station would be bashing him. I would have personally said they are even more liberal myself- but as far as news go I consider them decently neutral (and Fox is just full of idiots).
i was at the hairdresser's and because he is middle eastern and the whole arab spring thing was going on he put CNN on. One of the parts of the show was the talk show host explaining why proportional taxation shouldn't exist.
