Has ABSOLUTELY no clue what he is doing. I have read a book about the bank bailouts with emails send between Bernanke and bank CEOs, etc. They seriously had no clue what they were doing, they just decided they had to bailout certain companies.. While not bailing out others in the same position. Terrible chairman of the Fed, not that anyone else there is doing a good job either.
And that's not even addressing quantitative easing.

Well then, I had originally been writing a huge response about how incompetent they are, but it turns out you have a point there. I'm not sure they necessarily know what they're doing still- a lot of their bailout policy was sporadic. But at the same time, they rip the country off all the time by dealing with treasury bonds from Goldman Sachs, whom many of the members had a connection with. So I can completely understand your point.
Same in politics. Either there is some invisible force preventing any halfway decently intelligent person from positions as representatives AND advisors, or they're simply traitors.
What's more likely, human treachery or invisible cosmic forces?
lol, don't take that too seriously.

"It's not based on any particular data point. We just wanted to choose a really large number"
- Fed Spokeswoman concerning TARP bailout money
Yea, really shitty move made by Obama. Luckily other shitty Fed/Treasury officials have been ousted- such as Henry Paulson. Paulson is one of the few I would say is, without a doubt, worse than Bernanke.
