Don't understand Politics very well; can someone outline the difference between right and left-wing ideologies?
So so, they believe themselves to be a beacon of freedom of speech whilst screaming HURR HURR FILTHY SOCIALISTS AND LIBRALS, this of it as reverse reddit, but without 24/7 circlejerk, they also have a habit of deluding themselves into believing they're the enlightened ones, when most of the time they're wrong..
In short; the right wing supports individual freedom while the left wing supports equality.
The right wing wants increased privatization and the government not to interfere with the private sector, and thus people to pay lower taxes, but also pay for their own education and health.
The left wing wants to uphold a safety net for everyone, i.e. public healthcare. They also want education to be founded by higher taxes. The left wing is also more secularized, i.e. pro-choice and for gay marriages. That's the american system though, the european and eastern political systems are vastly different.
