Ok, if you're against war, fine, but don't go around blaming the soldiers. They kind of didn't have a choice, even if they enlisted, if they don't follow orders they got a bunch of crap coming to them and then some. Don't go around like that cunt (excuse my language) Jane Fonda, sitting there spitting on Vietnam veterans that were drafted, that had no choice in going or not an calling them baby killers. Blame the people in charge, the people who sent them there, the ones who actually choose to go to war. Don't blame the soldiers. Inb4 shitstorm.

They have a choice in some countries.

"if they don't follow orders they got a bunch of crap coming to them and then some"

I'm sorry but that's just not acceptable. I, and any other person worth their salt, would not kill someone on orders just to stop myself from getting "a bunch of crap and then some". You shouldn't be excused just because someone in authority said you have to do it.

Other than that I pretty much agree though.

Completely agree with you and that kind of reverse patriotism you can get from a person towards their protectors is fucking disgusting, but I just think we should remember the soldiers who do go kind of insane and kill civilians kind of like what happened last year in Afghan with that one Captain making his entire troop kill and rape those women. I know it was kind of a aforementioned in your comment but I just thought of the lower level "rogues" you get.

The soldiers are the greatest some bitches out there. It's the assholes in charge helping his friends who own factories that make missiles and tanks. This is why the United States need another Eisenhower. Even though he was a general, he only saw war as a last resort.

eisenhowr was great but what i think is we need someone from the rosevelt blood line again. Teddy and Freddy got shit done!

if a roosevelt was president, there would be more war. I'm not saying that this is a bad thing, but both roosevelts were proponents of war. Teddy started the imperialist age in America and franklin would have been in ww2 before pearl harbor if it was up to him

yea but they both did amazing things for america in the process. like the panama canal or franklin bringing us out of the depression.

"War is where the old and bitter trick the young and brave into dying for a lost cause"

My Dad is a Vietnam Vet, and he has told me about the hate he got once he made it back.

Supporting a war is absolutely immoral, no matter what the context. However, that doesn't mean we can't support the troops.
