I would LOVE to see the next canon Pokemon games have a T rating or higher. I think secretly we've all been waiting for to stop an organization that kills or drugs Pokemon. Pokemon has such potential to have a dark side and I think a game like that would be a massive success.

My idea: You're 18 years old in a world where parents forbid their children from getting Pokemon because [insert evil team here] hunts down trainers and steals or kills their Pokemon to maintain dominance over the region. Being 18, you join a freedom fighting group who strive to liberate the region from oppressive control. The leader of the freedom fighters gives you a starter, Poke balls, and a Pokedex.

Seeing that you are a talented trainer, the leader assigns you the goal of defeating 8 corrupt gym leaders and obtaining entrance to the Pokemon league, where you must defeat the leader of the evil team, raising region-wide morale and inspiring a movement to have them usurped.

I doubt Game Freak will do that, but I wouldnt be surprised if someone hacked a game with a story line like that

Pokemon should make a game like this, only not turn based. The first thing I thought of was Fallout, in the Pokemon world, with a pet system. (Pokemon, y'know.) Like, how you always have them out in HG/SS.

I don't think that would work well. It would probably autosave just before a hidden Charmander blasts fire at you.

Well that wouldn't be a canon game. It's a neat concept but if it ever happened, it would be a sub-series.
