I know have a togepi iv'd for a king the only problem I have now is the moveset. It will have aura sphere air slash fire blast. It will have a choice scarf also any suggestions for moves? Also I don't have 4th gen for those awesome move tutors mfw.

Here is a list i hope it proves helful, Serene grace is a must have, hustle is shit compared to this ability

Extrasensory (you must teach it this move 80 Base attack power and a chance to flinch the foe) (boosted with serene grace)

Air slash (extrasensory has more PP but this move gets a same type attack bonus and has the same effect)

Magical leaf (weak, but it never misses, used to counter rock types)

aura sphere(90 base power, never misses. also a much beter counter to both rock and steel types, you'd be a fool not to have this move)

Lastly

Ancient power do not use this unless you have serene grace The boosted chance of getting a stat boost is well worth having this move (you can always use pp up if the use amount doesn't suit you)

As i said, Airslash/Extrasensory

one has better PP, the other has more power combined with the STAB

air slash is the obvious choice for online battling but most people to use extrasensory, or both

and again Aurasphere>magical leaf i only threw it in because togetic learns it before togekiss learns aurasphere

thunderwave however im on the fence about, on one hand you can slow oppenents down and on the other you can use ancient power to raise your own stats making you harder to take down. unless the foe has a stat boosting move, then thunderwave is the obvious choice

roost is also a must have for recovering. forgot to mention that

All moves that say 'May cause flinching' have a 20% chance normally

I would never use hustle on a base 50 attack stat plus its attack movepool is a wasteland.

Darn I don't have 4th gen. Well togekiss is a lost cause for m, unless they're are some good move tutors in bw2
