For the level you seem to be at, Panpour and Blitzle

Panpour, along with the other types of it, is something that annoys me about the game. I feel like they just said "Fuck it, we're creating a cheap way of incorporating water/fire/grass into the early game that takes almost no effort for people to get."

They put them in there for two reasons: so you stand a chance against the first gym leader, and they are the mascots of Triple Battles

So basically they are the modern version of Mankey in the first gen.

That makes no sense. At all. Unless you chose Charmander. And as I said, they represent Triple Battles

Yeah, they put Mankey in the early game so that if you chose charmander, or if you were forced pikachu in this game, you stood a chance in the first gym. And I was specifically talking about the first reason.

Just know this: do NOT evolve Panpour using a water stone. Trust me, it's pretty fucking terrible

As far as Snivy is in it, sure.

Let's fucking do this

Alright so for a fire type I reccomend Darmantian because of his really high attack stat and the fact that he's basically the only good fire type besides Emboar and chandelure, but chandelure is part ghost-type and we have a pokemon taking up the ghost type farther down the list.

For a water type I reccomend Simipour, you get him relatively early on in the game (Before the first gym) and he's a fairly good water type.

This slot's a bit weird. Conkledurr/sawk. Conkledurr if you can get access to trade evolutions, and sawk if you cannot. oth of them have very High attack and are caught in the same place, though conkledurr is slower and more defensive, I think

Archeops for your flying type. This guy has boss fuckign attack, but his ability makes your attack stat get cut in half if his health is lower than half. He's a fossil pokemon too, from the plume fossil.

And lastly I reccomend Cofagrigus. A ghost type that has suprisingly high defenses and makes for a good wall.
