In the Pokelab is where I spent most of my days,
Chillin', maxin', relaxin' all cool.
Traded some cards right after school.
When a guy named Ash who was up to no good,
Started making trouble in my neighborhood.
I got in one little battle and Grampa Oak got scared.
He said "You better level up or you'll faint out there!"

I whistled for my bike when it came near
Trained different Pokemon and maybe twice they'd learn leer
If anything I could say that my Masterball was rare
Then I thought "Time to go to the league and kick some tail."

I pulled up to the league around seven or eight.
I got six Pokemon on my team,
I thought it was great!
But then Ash used Mewtwo and I just stared.
I said "Fuck it, I'm going back to Bel-Air."
