It can also learn Psychic

Years ago my old one had Sheer Cold, Surf, Waterfall, and Ice Beam I think, it was unstoppable

Have you tried beating other pokemon with ones you're training?

I do a mix of E4 with exp share (I can't beat the 3rd), killing wild pokemon, and battling random trainers. The Manectric is level 35, the Skarmory is 33

I would suggest you beat other pokemon using your Manectric and/or Skarmory.

Also, equip the exp. share to the one your using to beat other pokemon. I mean, with exp. share your Manectric will get 1/2 of exp. + 1/2 the exp. BUT if you use the pokemon with exp. share in battle, you get 3/4. So if you equip exp. share to Manectric and solely use him, you'll get 100% for being only poke in battle + 50% for having the exp. share on + 75% for using the exp. share pokemon in battle. That's like, 225% exp.!

I wonder if I do a double battle with just him, will that square the 225?

Nope, it wouldn't because it's not like you earn more exp. in double battles.

no, it'd be 375% if you were the only poke in the battle against 2. original 225% + 50% for being in double + 100% for being only 1.

Just so you know...that guy tepeniam is completely wrong. You don't get EXTRA exp for using the exp. Share. If you use him first with exp share you get the normal 100%, if you switch him out you get 75%, and if he was never in you get 50%. There is no way to get more EXP than the opposing pokemon actually gives you at 100%. If you have exp. shares on two guys and neither of them are in the fight, it'll split the experience 33% with each pokemon, the one in the fight, and the two with the exp.share. I have no idea what tepeniam is talking about....
