I really want an axew and a litwick, so I'll probably be dropping the timburr when I get one, but who else should I replace? Also, suggestions?

Also, Darmanitan in normal form has a very high attack stat, whereas its Zen Mode form has a very high special attack stat. Just in case you didn't know : )

i would drop timburr and darumaka, since you are wanting a litwick. Both Darmanitan and Chandelure are strong dual-type fire pokemon, but Chandelure has slightly higher defense stats than Darmanitan... Unless your Darumaka has the ability Zen Mode, in which case i would keep it. Apart from that, looks like you'll have a pretty tough team once they're fully evolved. I have a Chandelure myself, as well as a Samurott, and i'm very happy with how i have raised them both : )

Just my opinion.

Unfortunately, you do not : (
You would have one powerful Darmanitan if it did have Zen Mode.

To be honest, I have always found Timburr/Gurrdurr/Conkeldurr to be similar to Machop/Machoke/Machamp, which is why they have never really been that interesting, but that's just me. Also an Axew is a good choice.

Would it be worth it to hunt one down with zen mode?

It's entirely up to you. Darmanitan's would be useful for turning the tide in a battle, since its Zen Mode form has quite high defense and special defense stats when it's HP is at 50% or less.

Would you rather a Chandelure, a pokemon with good defense stats that don't change during battle, or a Darmanitan with Zen Mode, a pokemon with... not so good defense stats when in its normal form, but really high defense stats in Zen Mode?
